With the development of computer and digital imaging technique,the applying field of computer vision rapidly broaden. Currently,the technique of computer vision is increasingly widely used in science and technology,national defence,aerospace,medicine,ect. 3D computer measure and track is a new measuring technology of noncontact,but it is very difficult and it needs high level technology and high cost. It provides functions of aptitude and optimization. Many people working in compute vision,pattern recognition and measure pay much attention to it.A system of real time image acquisition is developed. A method based radial alignment constraint is brought forward,and it is using linear method to calibrate the camera. At the base of studying image preprocessing,edge detection,image thining,image recognition,etc,the system of image process and recognition is developed and is used to calculating the position and pose.The control system of servo tracing using single computer vision is developed using Windows98 as software platform and CCD camera. The software of the control system is edited,debugged,runned with the environment of vc++ 6.0.
