Essentially, the motion platform of aerocraft simulator is parallel mechanism, and Stewart platform is the standard mechanism of the aerocraft simulator. It is the hotspot in the field of mechanism study in recent years. In comparison with traditional serial mechanism, it possesses such advantages as more DOFs(Degree-Of-Freedom), higher stiffness, better accuracy, modularization . etc. Now, the application of Stewart platform has expanded to parallel tools, astronatics docking, medical instrument, and so on. However, there is bottle-neck in its practical application, mostly on the working space, and the direct kinematics.Where the practical application in engineering is concerned, the theory foundation of Stewart platform is based on inverse kinematics. The function of its kinematics and dynamics is determined on its structure parameter. Based on the inverse kinematics, this paper has designed a software application. It provides kinematics simulation under friendly interface. The feature of this software is the real-time input of dynamic data. The object of this software is aerocraft simulator and other tools which need real-time data, and it provides interfaces which help expand function of system simulation.
