Nowadays,society and technology's developments excelsior demand for the high speed of computer. On the account of physical extreme limit of serial computation,people ultimately resort to parallel computation to cater for the man's unending pursuit-ultrahigh speed.However,there is still no generally accepted parallel computation model in the parallel computation realm. This makes the wide difference between parallel programming and serial programming. In the serial computation domain,people acknowledged Von Neumann machine model as computation model. So serial programs can be transported to other serial computers without much alteration and potential performance loss. While present parallel programs mostly machine dependent,so the transportability of parallel programs are very poor and it is very difficult to predict the program performance.In addition,in aspect of maturity of the programming technology,the parallel one is behind of serial one,being the complexity (indeterminacy and scalability) of parallel (concurrency).Furthermore,the real word is intricate diversity. By far there is no mathematic theory basis for unified parallel computation model.To all above problems,this paper presents the framework of skeleton-oriented parallel computation architecture. And we argue that providing unified parallel programming model without unified parallel computation model. Only this may be one of ways to solve all sort of problems in parallel computation (parallel programming).The main works of this paper are listed as follows:Expound skeleton-oriented parallel computation architecture through detailed describing the position which skeleton stands in this model and how to use skeletons to construct the framework of parallel computation.Present the criteria of choosing skeletons in the skeleton-oriented parallel computation architecture. It is the primary concern what any such skeleton-oriented parallel computation model should confront. We,however,less than once find correspondent.Give out the compare between of current skeleton-oriented parallel programming;Propose providing a unified parallel programming model without exacting unified parallel computation model.
