In aluminum electrolyte pot control system, the main target is to get high current efficiency and low energy consumption. The intelligent control by computer is one of the most effective methods to fulfill these targets. In this paper, taking large pre-backed anode aluminum electrolyte pot as an object, the author do a deep and general research work on the application of intelligent strategy of fuzzy control > fuzzy expert system and decision support system. Main contents and achievements are as follows:1. As it is difficult to get a precise model of aluminum electrolyte pot, fuzzy control is considered to fit for aluminum product. In the paper, the author analyzed the fuzzy control's problems in the pre-baked aluminum electrolyte pot. Based on deep study on factors, which affect the system targets and fuzzy control technique, an intelligent control strategy was proposed. The strategy includes two important parts: dynamic-modified "above-under standard" strategy and "above-under standard" adaptive field. Compared with conventional fuzzy control system, control strategy proposed in this paper is dynamic wholly and is more fit for the aluminum electrolyte pot fuzzy control. And the strategy has achieved good effect in the plant.2. During the production of aluminum electrolyte, workers can analyze and judge the condition of the slot in time, according to their experiences on the spot. So they can detect ill slots and depose of them in time, meanwhile they can make decision of the whole day production of aluminum electrolyte. Fuzzy expert system collects the workers experiences and forms the aluminum electrolyte fuzzy expert knowledge base, integrated with fuzzy control, guides production control. Theauthor emphasis on the deep study of data pretreatment and reasoning optimization of expert system. So that the same set of rules can applies to different slots or the same slots at different time, which constitutes a general rule base of fuzzy expert system.3. Adopted OLAP multi-dimension analyze technology, the aluminum electrolyte production assistant decision system optimize the traditional OLAP system and make it suit the aluminum electrolyte slot data, which depart the workers and the production decision maker from the usual reports. So they can analyze data from different views and guide the production of aluminum electrolyte better.
