Research On Fusion And Collaboration Of Soft Computing And Its Application

With the help of other mathematic methods, a feasible expert system on the basis of soft computing method is brought forward in this paper. Main steps include:Firstly, according to the general ideas and schemes of intelligent management system, the author designs the scheme of this intelligent evaluation system in details, puts forward the specific approaches and points out the crucial steps after considering seriously its practical problems and ultimate targets.Secondly, on the basis of discussing the evaluation index system and the integration of information of science research project system, a new prototype of integrating information system is brought forward.Finally, compared with several study and reasoning prototypes based on different soft computing method, an FNN (fuzzy neural network) expert system applying in science research project based on Genetic Algorithm is put forward.Software of all intelligent evaluation systems in this dissertation have been realized and used. Practical applications have shown that they are intuitional, convenient and steady, and can be generalized easily into other intelligent management systems as well.
