The Research On The Driver Chip Of PDP Scanning Electrode

Based on the mechanism of scanning electrode working, reference to the chip designed by NEC named MPD16305, designed the high breakdown voltage driver chip. Analyzed the character of the scanning chip; Considering the compatibility of low voltage device with high voltage device, the technology structure and flow was designed, and the technology parameter was calculated in quantity Cor the demand of high voltage; Then the layout was accomplished; At last a general test source was designed with the tools of VHDL.The circuit and layout design was complete, and the technology was studied further, which searched a breakthrough for designing high voltage chip. And it has a great influence on making our own PDP.
