Ultrasonic is a useful technique in iatrology and has been used widely. The data of ultrasonic electrocardiograph is so enormous that it is difficult to save and transfer the data unless it is compressed. If we can compress the data in the range in which the doctor can accept, we can make great progress in the save work of hospital files and the long-distance iatrology. The compression of the iatrical images is not like the compression of the other images. The quality of the resume images is the most important. That is, the error between the initial images and the resume images must be in the range in which the doctor can accept. So we must chose the right method and to improve it. The traditional method of the compression of the iatrical images is difficlut in computer time and the cost. On the base of the traditional method of the compression of the iatrical images, this article provide a conditional compensation compression method based on DCT. The method makes use of the characteristic of the DCI transform and the characteristic of the people vision, It can coding the ultrasonic electrocardiograph images fast. The compute time of the arithmetic is lower and the method can be implemented easily. So the method makes it possible to coding the ultrasonic electrocardiograph images real-time and to transfer the data fast in PC.
