Recently, with the rapid development of Internet, the problem of information security and data secrecy becomes more and more important0 Especially, algorithm plays the very significant role of information security and data secrecy0 The paper describes the two cryptosystems of cryptology, analyses their most representative DES algorithm and RSA algorithm and their merits and defects, presents the RP-H algorithm based the random principle, and implements the general cryptosystem platform PGEDS.
