Software Design And Implementation Of The Intelligent Instrument For Pulse Test

The purpose of this paper is to put forward a new design and implement method of the Intelligent Instrument for Pulse Test. The design is composed of two parts: (1) the hardware design and; (2) the software design.The hardware is divided into two components, the master computer and the slave computer. The master computer is a mobile or a desktop computer, and the slave computer is a Single Chip Computer. In this paper the software design is mainly discussed, and the hardware design is mentioned briefly.The software consists of several functions. They are:1) Selecting parameters of the cable and; 2) Reading/Writing data through the serial port and; 3)Displaying the wave. Combined with the Geographic Information System (GIS), the software can locate the fault point automatically.In the last paragraph, the reasons which influence the measure precision are discussed, and the method which can improve the effect is mentioned too.
