Kindergarten environment, good or bad physical and psychological development of young children have a vital role. The state emphasized that early childhood education environment, the physical education are listed in the first elements of early childhood education. Physical activity environment in early childhood education occupies a pivotal position. Along with the deepening practice of early childhood education, early childhood physical education environment much better than before. The relevant theoretical research have also appeared in succession, but most of them focused on the urban kindergartens, child care and sports activities related to environmental research in rural areas seldom touched. In this study, rural areas of Henan Province Shangqiu kindergarten sports environment for study, using literature, questionnaire surveys, field surveys, interviews and mathematical statistics, research methods, right Shangqiu area 16 kindergartens in rural areas was investigated, and its impact factors were in-depth analysis, the following conclusions:1,Shangqiu rural nursery areas are active efforts to early education for rural children to create conditions for rural children equal opportunities for development. Natural environment made for the nursery to play.Shangqiu aids rural areas provide a rich resource conditions.2,Shangqiu hardware environment of kindergartens in rural areas poor, mainly in:teaching resources tense, Yuanshe facilities inadequate; child care area and sports equipment, sports venues serious shortage. Noise on the part of physical education in kindergarten3,Formation of a larger environmental impact, and lack of physical activity room is in rural areas are more susceptible to physical education in kindergarten weather.4,Rural Shangqiu larger kindergarten classes, teachers and students than a serious imbalance. Teacher-student ratio prescribed by the State 1:6-7, Shangqiu rural areas than in most parts of the kindergarten teachers and students can achieve 1:43.5,Shangqiu rural kindergartens overall good relationships, some kindergartens in the relationships need to be further improved; kindergarten teachers teaching the concept of more serious problems exist, mainly classroom-based transfer of knowledge, most of the kindergartens child care organization less competition for sports, special sports day for less than 1 hour.6,Areas affected Shangqiu environmental factors are more physical education in kindergarten, but include the following:the local education sector policies, investment funding nursery, kindergarten teachers and so on.
