| Community old-age education is a new kind of education resulting form the reform and opening up and aging of the population,and has been put on the parts of the education agenda with the trend of the deeply rooted among life-long education.. In 2000, "The decision on strengthening the work of aging" determined the status of senior education, at the same time proposed to develop community old-age education in older to expand the coverage and benefit from senior education. This shows our country's work orientation in the aging as well as the inevitable trend toward community old-age education. Community-based old-age education not only can meet the old people's desire that education in to be near their doors, but also can conductive to the spread of the education and improve it. But now community old-age education on a practical level is still explored during the pilot phase, and the amount of theoretical studies is very limited, so how to make a comprehensive, systematic study in the light of the various situation, has strong theoretical and practical significance.Focusing on city communities, this study used a combination of questionnaire and interview research method. First of all, it analysis the content, characteristics, theoretical research and development overview of the community old-age education, then through field investigation and analysis of relevant literature analyzes the existing problems in Qingyang district community old-age education and summarized the main achievements and experience, finally puts forward related resolution strategies from national policy, material input and teacher security. |
