| Tibet Classes in inland was a national education policy in China. Teachers who are under multicultural education background of Tibet Classes were special groups of China. In and after class, what are the appropriate roles of teachers are the commitment issues to be resolved.In this research, taking the Third High School of Zhangzhou in Fujian province's case and basing on the multicultural education theory and role theory, the situation that how the roles of teachers is transforming in the perspective of multicultural education environment will be discussed by the study methods of interview and on-the-spot investigation through a wealth of literature review. The paper is divided into five parts:Introduction: Exploring the origin of the topic choosing, the intention of study and the results.Theory and Methods of Study: According to the case, describing the multicultural education theory and role theory, and discussing the method used.The Research Process: Discussing the design of research from three aspects :research contents design, interviews design and classroom observation, and demonstrating choice of samples. The Analysis of Current Role of the Teachers in the Third High School of Zhangzhou in Fujian Province: Analyzing the cultural environment in the Mainland Tibet classes, the situation and problems of the role of the teachers in the Mainland Tibet classes currently and giving the writer's rational thoughts.Suggestions: Providing suggestions of transformation of teachers'roles based on the results of research. Suggesting that the sense of multicultural education should be enhanced, the quality of teachers in the multicultural education environment should be strengthened and the role of teachers in the perspective of multicultural education environment should be transformed. |
