| Position of the talents'training objective is the most basic and fundamental question in higher vocational and technical school, also is the work starting point and the home to return to. In nowadays china is facing the severe shortage of high-skilled personnel, higher vocational and technical school has to establish a proper object of talents cultivation and even shoulder the important task of training them. On the base of the introduction to connotation, characteristic, the inherent rule of the higher vocational education, the paper takes international standards of current cultivation object of high-level technicians as a practical warranty and analyzes the diverse training goals of higher vocational and technical school during the past decades of china as well. Furthermore, through comparing and exploring the different goals of training in higher vocational education of Germany, America and so on, the paper summarizes the characteristics and reference experience abroad and makes sure the cultivation of talents. And then the paper discusses such issues as: the concept and nature of high-skilled personnel, the present situation of the cultivation of high-level technicians in China. On the basis, the paper brings forward the developing direction and some corresponding strategies on both micro-scale and macro-scale term.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is prelude; the secondary one puts forward the problem of the talents'training objective of higher vocational and technical school; the third introduces the successful experiment on accurate localization; and the following chapter points out talents'training objective of higher vocational and technical school in modern China should site on high-skill personnel; at last the paper analyses some future countermeasures on that of how to ensure the purpose of high-skilled talents in higher vocational and technical schools adapt the request of society's development well. |
