In recent years, the important role of humanistic education in college education has been concerned by people from all walks of life; especially the moral education function of humanistic education has caused many scholars' research interest. The humanistic education in colleges and universities provides a theoretical support and teaching carrier for moral education, contributes to students'self-realization, and reconstructs socialist moral system. Through questionnaires,187 teachers and 276 college students (undergraduate) in Sichuan University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and Sichuan Agricultural University of Sichuan Province have been investigated, and the 463 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed. The present situation of the moral education function of humanistic education in colleges and universities, and the common problems of humanistic education and college students'moral education are made a further analysis in this paper.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is for the introduction. This part is expounded mainly from four aspects: the origin of this topic, the current research situation, the main study methods used in this paper, and the research characteristics and the possible innovation.The second part is the main body, including four chapters:from Chapter two to Chapter five. This part mainly makes a theoretical and empirical analysis for moral education function of humanistic education in colleges and universities, and on this basis, the path of strengthening the function of moral education in college humanistic education is taken into account.Among the second part, the second chapter relates and analyzes the related theory and the relationship of humanistic education and moral education, and states the great significance of college humanistic education for moral education. The third chapter discusses the function of moral education in college humanistic education, main respectively in the theoretical basis, teaching carrier, college students'self-realization and the reconstruction of socialist moral education system in detail. The fourth chapter analyzes the present situation and the causes of problems of the moral education function in college humanistic education:the successful experience and existing problems in the moral education function of college humanistic education are argued through a lot of data and diagrams, and the chief causes of problems are expounded. The fifth chapter, based on the previous chapters, takes the path of strengthening the function of moral education in college humanistic education into consideration, and puts forward the paths in the function of consciousness, management aspects, campus culture and social education environment to strengthen moral education of college humanistic education.The third part is the conclusion of this study summarized briefly, proposes the deficiency in this research and puts forward the further research problems.
