Comprehensive Study Of Teachers Evaluation Based On Linguistic Aggregation Operator

A teacher is evaluated often in college, for example, expert evaluation of teachers, evaluation between teachers, student and parents evaluation of teachers, and community evaluation of teachers. ways of evaluation is diversity. Teacher is judged with own performance mainly. but evaluation result is affected by individual likes and dislikes on teachers. Because of the complexity and uncertainty of teacjer's evaluation, It's necessary to compile science and rational teacher's evaluation system. it is difficult for us to make use of number value to evaluation. However, if we take advantage of nature language as their evaluation, then, the process of evaluation will be convenient. The paper main production is contained as following:(1) It mainly introduced backgroup and significance of teacher evaluation in the paper. and groud decision making development history in country and board. It introduced some basis knowledge of fuzzy mathematic. It relate briefly work and structure what the paper do.(2) We summarise four given aggregated operators and two methods which solve group decision making problems based on computing with words. Based on the GOWA operator and 2-tuple linguistic representation model given by Herrera, We propose a new operator—generalized linguistic ordered weighted averaging operator, (LGOWA operator), and we give the definitions and properties of the LGOWA operator. Furthermore, we prove a 2-tuple linguistic representation of LGOWA operator can respectively reduce to a 2-tuple linguistic representation of arithmetic mean operator, and a 2-tuple linguistic representation of polymerization operator in different conditions. Anyway, the proposition of LGOWA operator not only avoid miss information but also get evaluated information effectively, which can reflect the all-around evaluated information.(3) We analyzed teacher comprehensive evaluation with hierachical structure. And relationship figure is given between every lays. We analyzed weight in detail tween every lays. We introduced teacher comprehensive evaluation process in detail. Finally, teacher comprehensive evaluation process is illustrated with example.(4) The result is often affected with evaluation of personal likes and dislikes, it seemed to be one sides that the teacher is evaluated with one aspect. A teacher comprehensive evaluation soft system is made up based on LGOWA operator and GOWA operator in paper. Finally, it shows feasibility of the method with an example.
