With the development of modern information technology, it is inevitable that the informationization of education become the main stream in the development of informationization of social education. Yet, information technology in primary and middle school is the main position of founding educational informationaization. Thus, launching large-scale information technology has become one of the main contents in the current development of education. with the rapid development of information technology education at home, Yan'an government pays more attention to information technology education and gradually strengthens the degree of investment in primary and middle school. However, there still exists some problems in the distribution of teaching resources, the effectiveness of curriculum, the integration of information technology and curriculum, which doesn't effectively promote the reform of education in primary and secondary school and improve the students'information quality. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the genuine situation, to analyze deeply, and to propose corresponding strategies. For this reason, this study tries to gain a large number of first-hand data by handing out questionnaires and interviewing teachers and leaders. According to systematic analysis, four questions are found in the development of information technology education in Yan'an city. They are as follows: the application of information technology is dissatisfactory; qualified teachers, teaching methodology evaluation system are not complete; the distribution of teaching resource is not reasonable; the capacity of developing information and the integration of course is comparatively poor. To solve the above questions, the author employs performance technology and divides the many elements affect the development of information technology education in Yan'an city into four types of factors, namely, knowledge, skills and information; teaching environment; incentive mechanism; working motivation. Meanwhile, some corresponding strategies are put forward to solve the questions. That is, refreshing the conception of running school; conducting diversity training, designing reasonable working helps and other measures; raising teachers'knowledge and information and skills; optimizing teaching environment through enhancing the awareness of participation, planning the priority of investment and expanding resource sharing; building reasonable incentive mechanism by setting prototypes and planning evaluation system; inspiring teachers'teaching motivation by conducting teaching contest and enriching students'extra-curricular activities. |
