A Research On Current Administration Condition Of Liaoning University High-level Basketball Team

College basketball has a long history in China. It is introduced by the youth Christian Church in 1895, and is developed in religious schools of some large cities. First members to represent our country in international competition are mostly from the University basketball team. A large number of outstanding basketball talented players are trained on Campus. Most of the national team coaches and players come from university at the binning of the founding of China.To be in search of efficient combination of education and competitive sport and improvement of university students'sport level , as well as cultivation of all-round China's universities students players, Chinese Physical Culture and Sports Commission and Chinese State Education Commission co-enacted"The Circular on Plan of Developing Spare Time Physical Training and Improving School Sport Level"in 1986, and Chinese State Education Commission enacted"The Circular on Experimentally Recruiting High-Level Athletes of Some Universities"in 1987. Thereafter, 51 universities are granted nation-wide recruitment qualification of high-level athletes, then high-level sport team establishment shift into high gear.Despite certain achievement of search and practice of establishing high-level basketball team in universities, but administration work concerned is confronted with both challenge and chance owing to accelerated development of technology and continuously widening function of education. Thus what we are undoubtedly looking forward to replacement with traditional administration mode, which turns out to be imminent for us to be seeking for.Through methodology of literature review, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation method, interviewing experts, mathematical statistics, etc., an investigation and deep insight into current condition of Liaoning University high-level basketball administration is gained by analyzing relevant materials and interviewing experts. In making analysis into problems and causes existing in basketball team administration, the goal of this paper is to provide beneficial reference to administration reform of university high-level basketball team and promote benign development and competition level of basketball team, and also provide theoretical basis for authorities designing policies and healthy development of high-level basketball team. In the meantime, this paper also serves for cultivating university quality competition sport talents, promoting sport talents qualification, improving university sport level, achieving the goal of Chinese competition development both in theoretical and practical sense.
