Adaptability Of Online Learning And Formation Mechanism Case Study

In recent years, with the development of multimedia technology and network, more and more people are having online learning. However, there is unadpative behavior in online learning, which are seriously affecting the online learning quality. Therefore, this paper aims to study the formation process of online learning adaptation. People can upgrade themselves in theonline learning environment, which is of great significance at present.The qualitative research method is used in this paper. This paper collects the online learning activites dada of the three case using the methods of questionnaire, interview and observation. Through analyzing the data obtained, the formation process of online learning adaptation and its affecting factors have been proposed. The conclusions are as follows:1. Online learning adaptation is a process that learners adapt themselves to online environment, which is divided into three stages:the initial stage, the adaptive phase and final adaptive stage.2. Online adaptability is the learner's ability to adapt the online learning environment. It is forming with the process of learners adapting the onlinelearning enviroment.3. The main affecting factors of the learner adapting to online learning environment are the existing knowledge and experience, the learning attitude, friendly interface level, the learning environment, learning support and so on. But the computer operating skill is not the affecting factor.
