Sex is not only the theme of concern of the ancients, but until now has remained a perplexing problem. Today no matter it's the high divorce rate in both the West and the East, claim for female rights, perplexity of emotion and sex by many people and especially young ones, it has made this study important and necessary. Here, sex does not just refer to physical aspects of sexual activity but also includes relationship and psychological experience, which is the so-called sexual experience, and also includes the inner exploration of human beings. To understand our own existence, we need to take such inevitable activities most basic to human nature, especially by experiencing and contemplating physically.In his last book "History of sexuality", Foucault shows us a magnificent picture of history of the sexual experience. He tried to inquire at all levels various truth of human beings as desiring existence. He used verbal practice and literature analysis to analyze Greece history of sexual experience through history. Foucault pointed out that we need theories on sex. It's only by unveiling the secrets of sex that the understanding of human beings is possible.Affected by Nietzsche, Foucault put forward the concept of "body" and directly adopted Nietzsche's idea that body is the carrier and fruit of history, and at the same time forged by history. To Foucault, body is not only a physical existence, but also the composition of human culture. Body can be said to be both a product of natural development and of social culture. In "History of sexuality", Foucault detailed the analysis on the evolution of sexual experience under political mechanisms of different ages. This exploration is carried out through four basic axes:attention to body and health; women and marriage; young boys and love; self and truth. Or it can be said that Foucault believes that there is a quadruple subject around vigor of body, marriage, relationship of men, existence of wisdom in moral reflection of ancient people.Inevitably, this book has its weakness, like many ambiguities in the book. Foucault tried to find a transcending way, but what he pointed out to us is very likely to be a way of return. In addition, from the research point of view, although the method of literature analysis is new and unique, it inescapably lapsed into one-sidedness. This is the limitations of Foucault and his time.This article works from the last work of Foucault, "History of sexuality," to analyze in-depth Foucault's thought on "body psychology". The goal is to provide a theoretical basis for love psychology, and by combining this new perspective with traditional research on emotion in psychology, to help researchers see clearer the context. It's also aimed to have certain social effect by supplying some theoretical discussion on how to deal with marriage, love, friendship to light the future road.
