Regional teaching supervision and evaluation is a means to educational supervision of provincial government departments as the main body, the county (district) as the main object of teaching supervision and evaluation work. Studies have shown that the development of regional education supervisors to assess the development of education, raise the level of teaching, teacher professional development, improving the quality of student ability has an important role. With China's deepening reform of basic education curriculum, teaching supervision and evaluation to pursue the purpose of facing the environment, and so on to carry out a new form of change, need to build a new regional teaching supervision and evaluation system in line with the concept of curriculum. Therefore, establish the concept of regional teaching supervision and evaluation under the new curriculum, study the practice of regional teaching supervision and evaluation, survey the attitude of schools and teachers to carry out regional teaching supervision and evaluation, the purpose is to reveal how to carry out the regional teaching supervision and evaluation under the new curriculum, in order to guide the practice of regional teaching supervision and evaluation.Course of the study mainly through literature research method, questionnaire, interview, revealing the concept of regional teaching supervision and evaluation under the new curriculum, understand the conduct of regional teaching supervision and evaluation, as well as the attitude of schools and teachers for of regional teaching supervision and evaluation . Required update the concept of regional teaching supervision and evaluation under the new curriculum, strengthen supervision and evaluation of teaching orientation and development functions, shift the focus from concern about the conditions of school to teaching quality, functionality identified turned to focus on promoting the development of screening, methods shift from the quantitative-based to qualitative and quantitative combination; to establish the dominant position of an object-oriented, the form turned to self-evaluation combined with his assessment, the content from static hardware to dynamic classes, membership by the executive officer to shift to peer-based; the results of feedback around the incentive function, the results of feedback forms from the internal circular to an open one, the presentation of the results varied from a single shift, resulting from the use of diagnostic towards development. The results of study on regional teaching supervision and evaluation under the new curriculum was that, at present carrying out a regional teaching supervision have been explored and accumulated a certain amount of experience, supervision and evaluation for teaching performance highlight the developmental activities in pursuit of the growing ranks of professional supervision and evaluation of teaching, teaching supervision and evaluation procedures for the gradual standardization, supervision and evaluation of teaching content standards continuously improved supervision and evaluation of teaching effectiveness to be recognized all walks of life. But there are still some problems, such as supervision and evaluation of teaching to pursue the purpose of promoting the development has not really implemented, the lack of a stable of professional evaluators and institutions, supervision and evaluation of teaching methods be improved, teaching supervision and evaluation of the content standards are not operational strong, lack of follow-up supervision and evaluation of teaching.A written form of questionnaires and interviews with primary and secondary school teachers in compulsory education stage in Hebei Province is a regional teaching supervision and evaluation to investigate the attitude of intentions and found that primary and secondary school teachers, supervision and evaluation of teaching activities, views and requirements of the new curriculum is roughly the same direction, no obvious abnormal sounds, only in some details in dealing with on the attitude of the views of primary and secondary school teachers in the direction of directivity is not so obvious. The purpose of supervision and evaluation in teaching, the primary and secondary school teachers generally thought that the purpose should have a developmental, in order to target the development of guidance and assistance to promote continuous development of the object; the survey is more inclined to support peers, experts; in the form of cycle, collection of information there, there are different views, in these areas, teachers need to be guided; in the content of standards, the majority of teachers think that should reflect the level of difference reaction diverse facts, taking into account the experience of the object reference to the views of the object; in the processing results of the assessment, the teachers think we should make full use of the results, but the results issue, teachers want to use a more moderate form, consider conducting a comprehensive and thoughtful. By using T test and variance analysis method for comparative analysis, the survey found that teachers in a number of items, there was significant difference. Male teachers and female teachers in the methods, content and standards to identify and use the results of significant differences exist; of different ages in the main, period, the results indicated that some of the details, there was a significant difference; different title of the teachers to focus on content standards of conduct cycle, there was significant difference; play different positions in the school teachers on teaching supervision and evaluation of the content standards have different views; due to subject characteristics, art class teachers and other teachers ,there are many views on the assessment of the differences; learn the different segments, but also to make some of the teachers in the cycle, the information collection had a different view; type of school teachers are also slightly affected, but less obvious ;geographic location, administrative division makes the teachers in the purpose of information gathering, focusing on other aspects of the content produced a significant difference.After correlation analysis concludes that teachers, personal background characteristics, such as gender, age, job title, duties, teaching subjects ;school characteristics, such as school-level, type, geographic location etc. and the questionnaire a number of significant correlation.In the analysis of the concept of regional teaching supervision and evaluation under the new curriculum ,to understand the practical experience and problems, confusion, Investigation and Analysis on the attitude of schools and teachers based on the intention to put forward in the effective implementation of the regional teaching supervision and evaluation under the new curriculum , to create support environment and conduct teacher training, raising the theoretical level of teachers to guide teachers to actively participate in the activities, access to development; improve the supervision and evaluation of teaching force structure, and absorb more of the subject matter experts and experienced teachers to participate in assessment, to form a reasonable assessment of the structure ; optimize teaching supervision and evaluation process, select the appropriate approach, assessment and evaluation of persons of equal and cooperative relations between objects; standardized supervision and evaluation of teaching standards, handle the relationship between unity and diversity, taking into account a comprehensive and priorities; to play a role of the incentive, feedback, good results of the assessment, supervision and evaluation to deepen the teaching application of the results.
