In the development of human civilization mathematics plays an important role in education. as a part of the science ,mathematics not only take the task of teaching mathematics knowledge , at the same time it also undertakes the responsibility to cultivate students'mathematical thinking ability. It is the core of mathematics education in the 21st century. In the new century, we should focus on how to improve the students' mathematical thinking level, to make students to adapt this short, fierce competition, the modern society as the pursuit of the goal. Today, China's education teaching reform is going to the further development. A new educational idea which is to cultivate the students' ability of thinking for high quality education become more and more important. High-order thinking ability is not only a kind of intelligence characteristic, but also the synthetical quality of personality characteristic and mental outlook. Modern education has a lasting, long-term goal ,which is to help students beyond the current low thinking ability and to catch the high level of thinking ability. It is become a common concern to cultivate the students' mathematical high-level thinking ability. Especially in China, this problem has more practical meaning. Put forward the concept of mathematical high-level thinking is following the trend of mathematical education reform. It has provided a new theoretical basis for us to the mathematical thinking education.Based on Bloom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, we classified the mathematical thinking level from low to high into the following levels: memorize, understanding, analysis and synthesis, application and appraisal, create. We classified analysis and synthesis, application and appraisal, create are higher thinking ability. Compare new cognitive hierarchy with the old one, combining mathematics subject characteristics, we classified analysis and synthesis, application and appraisal, create are higher thinking ability. Use the assessment form to survey the level and degree of students'higher thinking ability. In our survey, we focus on these following questions: research mathematics higher thinking ability of all levels; analyze the result; accord to the survey and analysis of the causes put forward suggestions. Based on the theoretical study and research at home and abroad of the high-order thinking , from the perspective of culture, and through the analysis of score statistic about Mathematics high-order thinking and family culture background factors , we concluded that: Grade students′mathematics high-order thinking is in good level。but no matter from the main performance or average, the gap is big between zhuang students and the han nationality students. han students is better than zhuang nationality students either general analysis of high-order thinking or four dimensions such as analysis ,evaluation, comprehensive and creation. According to analysis and investigation of the cause of such differences , some feasible suggestions will be provided.
