In 1983, the Sate Council put the Vocational and Technical Education in the official catalogue and the discipline to be an independent second subject of Education. After twenty-seventh year development process, gradually formed a Bachelor - Master - PhD - Postdoctoral system of disciplinary system, basically formed a complete theoretical framework of disciplines, and formed the common prosperity development situation of social research institutions and universities. Vocational and Technical Education was established in Agriculture and Forestry University in the early twenty-first century, as master-level degree of education. So far, there is four agricultural and forestry colleges has the discipline.Through literature search and survey, overall, Agriculture and Forestry Technical College pedagogy development is good. However, due to the rise of late, the development of weak and other factors, blind copy the development of normal university discipline model, so, the academic institutions, research paradigm, faculty and student quality and some aspects need to be improved.
