The Study Of The Ideological And Political Education Of College From The Systematic Science Perspective

The Ideological and political education , an important component of China's higher education, colleges and universities at all levels under the leadership of the party and the government , include the certain ideas, political views, ethics and other contents imposing a purpose, planned and organized impact of the university students in order to form the practical activities in line with social development needs of ideology and moral character.With economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, our country is in a period of great changes in all fields which are faced with unprecedented innovation. The ideological and political education is not an exception. How to improve the effectiveness of colleges and universities ideological and political education and promote their functions into full play in the new historical conditions are our ideological and political education workers'major issue. Based on the contemporary ideological and political education and its education process, this paper is to analyze and offer some feasible proposals with the hope of new research perspectives from a system science point of view. And the use of full-text composes of the following four components:study survey, including the background, purpose and meaning of the paper and its'domestic research dynamics, research methods and possible innovative aspect of this paper.What is more, there is the body of the paper from the chapter one to chapter four。The first chapter is system functional analysis of the ideological and political education. They are the elements of ideological and political education, structure, environment and their functional relationship. This chapter provides the three factors of the function of ideological and political education, namely, the ideological and political elements of the education system, structure, and the environment.The second chapter is to put forward the views: the ideological and political elements of the system should include educators, the target of education, educational objectives, educational content, teaching methods, education carrier with the use of the system of scientific theory. Then, this chapter points out that the quality of the elements of the system function is to promote full premise. Finally, it is recommended that the ideological and political education system fulfilling its functions can be promoted by optimizing the internal structure of the specific elements of the relationship between the individual elements.The second chapter is the ideological and political structural analysis of the education system. The first is to analysis ideological and political education in colleges and universities. the use of the structure of the system of scientific theories, and the system structure optimization is to promote the basis for full system functionality. Secondly , the structural optimization principles , meaning and restraint of the system structure optimization conditions. The second is the introduction of feedback: Optimizing ideological and political education system operating structure.The fourth chapter is about the systematic analysis of system environment. It points out that the ideological and political education environment, the characteristics of the ideological and political education systems and its relations with university. We can come to conclude that the system environment is a prerequisite to promote the system function to give full play ,then it puts forward that ideological and political education system construction principles and the ideological and the countermeasures of political system environment optimized response.
