As the industrialization process, increasing urbanization, population movements have become increasingly frequent. Number of migrant workers bring into the large flowing children. In 2008, unexpected financial crisis has forced a large percentage of migrant workers returning to their flowing children as well as the return. There is no doubt that the children's education has been broken before us. Whether the problems can be resolved, it will affect the 200 billion flowing children learning, physical and mental development. At present, the flowing children's education has not caused the entire society of common concern. This article learn from many experts and scholars research on the basis of a town some school survey on my return peasant workers flowing children education a preliminary study.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is an introduction that the use of literature focuses on the various fields of academic education of children around the flow of the status of the interface between researched, writing of this article describes the origin and meaning of writing.The second e part of the research design, introduces the ideas and methods related to research and study the specific circumstances defined concepts and elaborates the related person's social theory and its application in this study. The third part is the education of children returning from chain scission problem. Through field surveys to collect large amounts of data found that the education of children returning from chain scission mainly in school education, family education and social education is not continuous.The fourth part describes reasons of the returned flowing children education's broken chain.Part V for the returned flowing children education broken chain link made specific recommendations, including four areas: government, community, schools and families. Increase government investment in rural education; narrow layout different materials, centralized systems; clean learning environment and community life; to strengthen school management; promote science education, enhance parent-child communication.
