Health Qigong Wu Qin Xi is prepared under the auspices of the General Administration of Sport of China of four sets of Health Qigong exercises, one to promote self-compiled record has been widely welcomed by the masses. Reasonable technical movements and scientific practice is to ensure that the key to effective exercise in the fitness scene Health Qigong Wu Qin Xi exercises, the Bears play in the bear sway is recognized as one of the difficulties, in order to regulate this technology movement, analysis solution teaching practice in common problems, it is necessary to use the means of biomechanics characteristics of their kinematic study with a view of teaching and evaluation for future reference.In this study, three-dimensional synchronous fixed-point shooting method was used. Experimental objects include a high level professional practitioner in Health Qigong Wu Qin Xi and a beginner in it. From analyzing the change of center of gravity trajectory, change of hip height during hip-raising stage, rotation of trunk and acromion during pre-and post-ride stages, hip and knee angle, the results found that:1 From the whole, when doing the Health Qigong Wu Qin Xi Bear sway the pace of moving is slow. Except step-down stage, the change of center of gravity is smooth. Keep a wide range when moving forward and backward.2 two keys to ensure a complete raising of hip:when you raise one leg's hip keep the knee of the other leg straight, take full advantage of Waist muscle strength.3 move the center of gravity forward when putting step down, insufficient moving of center of gravity can cause error movement in leg.4 During pre-and post-ride stages the range of turning and twisting trunk and the range of moving forward and backward should be large. Keep waist and abdomen in compaction. Suggest that during teaching, emphasize the control of overall rate of movement and enhance the strength use of hip and waist. Make students know the causes of wrong movements and help them strengthen the relevant training. In judgment, pay attention to the range of hip-raising, trunk turning and center of gravity moving forward and backward In the future research of Health Qigong movements, we should exercise greater use of bio-mechanics approach to help understand the key of movements which will help understand and learn the technique of movements.
