| Learning difficulty of textbooks means the difficulty of students learning with textbooks by themselves, in the event that ignoring teaching procedures and teacher's guidance, but with the help of some media technologies.Existing documents have reflected that most scholars pay attention to compilation concepts and further details of textbooks, but rarely to systematically and quantitatively consider learning difficulty of textbooks.In order to realize learning difficulty of junior middle school chemistry textbooks in China, and to set up equitable learning difficulty for them, this text choose structure and nature of properties as its research object, and utilize Appraisal System of Learning Difficulty of Textbooks as its research tool, first involving a comparison from three aspects and eight dimensions, after that attribution analysis is used to interpret the research data, and then specific examples are used to discusse the factors which influence learning difficulty of textbooks.It is found that learning difficulty of Chinese textbooks is in a middle level, but it is not reasonable enough, incorporate is as follows:1. Coverage area of knowledges is smaller than most foreign textbooks, while calculation requirement is too much.2. Course is set in the highest grade, so knowledges appear rather late, this is unfavorable to the development of students' ability of thinking.3. Discipline features are not obvious, explanations of some knowledges are quite abstract, the guidance of knowledges is not indicated, experimental inquiries have some insufficient, and calculation is too much.With the purpose of solving these problems, successful experience of foreign textbooks should be used for reference. |
