Jilin Province Competition Sports Talent Reserve Present Status And Countermeasure Study

The success of holding 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,not only let the people especially the sports workers excited from spiritual and emotional,also greatly inspired the people with enthusiasm to engage in sports. However, at the time of achieve brilliant results , we are also aware of the disparity with other sports power countries,and put forward the goal to build a sports power country. Proposal of this goal, for competitive sports,is another tremendous development opportunity and also a new challenge.Training the competitive sports talent reserve is a focus problem in sports development. Because it is directly related to the development of competitive sports whether have the sustainability of hematopoietic function, and also it is the heart problem in sports development. Over the years, through continuous exploration and research, everywhere has achieved fruitful results on different degrees, and has formatted a certain amount of successful models and experiences. So the training of the sports talents reserve has broke the stereotypes, worked out a multi-faceted development road.In this paper, we considered Jilin Province, one, two, three lines of athletes,coaches and management personnel as the research object, based on the inherent laws of sports development , around with the sports talents reserve present status and objective problems in Jilin Province, we put forward the countermeasures in 3 ways. Starting from Jilin Province athletes, coaches, management, facilities and project layout, we analysis the problems and their causes of the training sports talents in Jilin Province.
