With the process of the curriculum reform, the new scheduling system pay more attention to the multi-dimensional representation of knowledge and spiral principle in order to gain better study effects. But for different knowledge, the characteristics of its own will still make students feel it is difficult to learn it. Equivalent Balance is just a suitable example of this situation. Equivalent Balance is a knowledge of Grade Two in High School which is presented after students learn the knowledge of Chemical equilibrium, which will combine the chemical reaction rates with Chemical equilibrium tightly, making many high school students unable to master and apply the theoretical knowledge of Balance theory At the same time the content of Equivalent Balance is abstract and various and the establishment of an equivalent form is complex, and it is difficult to set suitable exercises, so it has become a difficult content for teachers to teach and students to learn. Therefore, the investigation of the difficult points of Equivalent Balance and the difficulties of teaching will promote effective teaching of Equivalent Balance.Firstly, this study is to know where the difficulties of knowledge points lie by theoretical study and the analysis of Equivalent Balance, and secondly then this study is to understand the students'difficulties in understanding knowledge, dealing with exercises and using the theory by doing surveys and interviews to the main body of learning --- students, and thirdly this study is to understand how teachers help students to establish a balance of thought, and how to make teaching how to design, and know the difficulties of giving examples, presenting knowledge, selecting examples, solving problems through lectures, teacher interviews, questionnaire surveys, and finally this study is to collect and analyze survey data.According to research findings, conclude the difficulties of Equivalent Balance that exist in students, teachers and teaching materials, and then put forward the solution strategy towards the learning difficulties. Finally Conclude the changes of knowledge presentation and study method of Equivalent Balance under the background of the new curriculum reform; The acquisition of Students in abilities and personal qualities after learning Equivalent Balance and know the changes of teachers in the areas of teaching philosophy, as well as in teaching methods, and make some reflections about the future teaching.
