An Analysis To Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Farmers' Sports Discipline Project In Tie Ling

In order to greatly improve rural sports occupation in China, in March, 2006, National Sports Bureau started"Farmers'Sports Discipline Project"in the whole country, and also made and put forward "Suggestions for the Farmers'Sports Discipline Project". Liao Ning Sports Bureau made and published "Suggestions and Programs for the Farmers'Sports Discipline Project in Liao Ning province", not only to carry out relative documental spirits of National Sports Bureau but also to significantly improve the development of sports occupation in countryside. Lie Ling Sports Bureau first put forward"Rural Sports Discipline Project for Thousands of Farmers in Lie Ling".This paper adopts a questionnaire investigation to survey the implementation condition of"Farmers'Sports Discipline Project"and farmers' sports and fitness status in Tieling. On the basis of the questionnaire investigation, the author has two findings including promoting effect and deficiencies of "Sports Discipline Project". The promoting effect are that Sports Discipline Project not only enriched local farmers' sparetime and culture activities but also increased the sports place, sports items, sports time and activities for farmers. In addition, it promotes the change of their life styles and the positive development of relations,at the same time stimulating their sports consumption.The deficiencies include the low level of culture organizations, weak fitness awareness, lack of funding and without sports atmosphere. In addition, there are some other problems, such as inadequate sports facilities, small project coverage and so on.This paper is based on the research goal that the study on the implementation effect of Farmers'Sports Discipline Project in developed and less developed provinces. It carries out detailed research and analysis and put forward the strategies and suggestions. They promote the better conduct of Tieling rural sports and the further implement of Farmers'Sports Discipline Project. This paper fills the gaps of rural areas in scientific research and make some effort for the construction of socialist new countryside at an early date.
