University students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation, who play an irreplaceable role in the process of social development and economic construction. For students, the university stage is mainly the stage of accepting education and learning. During this stage, students cultivate their own professional quality and comprehensive capabilities. During this stage, students form and stabilize their world outlook, outlook on life and values. During this stage, they cultivate their moral awareness, moral emotion and moral will. This stage is also an improving stage of their moral cultivation and moral realm. In the society, with the transformation and diversified development of our society, western ideas such as utilitarianism, individualism and money worship influx into China. It is very difficult for university students to"keep the essence, goes the dregs", as students are inexperienced, not fully mature in physiology and psychology, and they are easily influenced by adverse social factors outside. On campus, students play the role of their own confusion of roles, role confusion, role conflict, role escape, the role of the role of anomie and other disorders of the phenomenon. Erroneous outlook on life such as"Every man for himself, and the devil takes the hindmost."and"Life is only eating and drinking"appears. The purpose of this thesis is to explore ways to realize students'role ethics, through the confirmation, location and expectation of ethics of students'role and the analysis and expounding of status quo, thus providing a new perspective, theory basis and practical approaches for the study of individual morality and successfully playing the role of university students.Role is the basis of the research on role ethics. The concept of role derives from the stage drama, and later it becomes one of the most widely circulated concepts in the social sciences. With the research on role continues to deepen and systematize, the role theory is formed, which is rich in content. Later this theory is widely used by psychologists and sociologists in their respective disciplines. At present, the role theory has formed a complete set of systematic theoretical thinking, which provides cross-disciplinary research opportunities for researchers on sociology, psychology, anthropology, and ethics and other disciplines. The study on the sociology and psychology is more extensive and in-depth, however, the study from the ethical point of view, namely, the research on role ethics is still in the initial stage, the concept of role ethics has not formed the systematic definition, and related articles and theoretical results are rather few.Based on the role of university students, this paper confirms and study university students'role ethics from the ethical perspective. Students Role Ethics is the research on ethics which is about the role of the ethical orientation of university students and ethical expectations and behavior patterns, etc. In this paper, it expounds theories of human socialization, role identity and all-round human development are the theoretical basis for establishing university students'role ethics. Such principles as being responsible for name, the unity of rights and obligations of the role and other principles and so on are the principles of establishing university students'role ethics. This paper explores the role ethics orientation that university students with "both ability and integrity" are the builders and successors of the socialist modernization construction. It also explores college students'moral responsibility, moral personality and moral abilities and other social ethics expectations. It analyses progressive trends, problems and the root causes of problems in the process of college students'role playing. Lastly, it proposes measures of achieving college students'role ethics such as focusing on the ethical guide of university students'role play, increasing moral responsibility education of university students'role, improving students'moral capacity, enhancing university students'self-conscious of role and the ability to shape their own personalities and so on.Through the study on role ethics of university students, this paper aims to regulate and guide the students to play their roles well in the context of the new historical period and social transformation period, thus making students, as builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, be able to shoulder the historical mission of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and contribute their strength in building a harmonious socialist society. This paper can also help university students lay a good foundation on entering the society and realizing the value of their life.
