Facing to the fierce competing situation between universities, Hebei Province puted forward the important"Hebei science and education"and"talent province"strategy, moreover ,took the construction of universities'key disciplines as the important part of building innovation Hebei and implementing. Hebei will enhance the construction of key disciplines to meet the demand for high-end talent because of development of economic and social, and enhance the overall quality of higher education to provide intellect support for building a harmonious society.This article selects the key disciplines of universities in Hebei Province as a research object, and the literature method, comparative law are the main research method .In reviewing the history of the construction of key disciplines in Hebei Universities, analysised from Hebei Universities of quantity, structure, persons qualified to teachers construction, scientific research, personnel training, learning communication, creature comfort, and put forward problems.
