S-E-T is an effective method to develop core strength, at present, It has been widely used in sports training areas, and has played a significant role. However, there is not enough scientific evidence confirms the effectiveness of such training. In practical applications , there are many problems, the coaches don't have clear view on the role of suspension training, it seems that the rehabilitation methods have been applied to a non-selective competitive sports. In addition, training and research results from the S-E-T, mainly concentrated on the theory of S-E-T in the evaluation of training effects ,there is no research on S-E-T, such as the name of each movement, classification, the work of muscles. S-E-T as an emerging method of physical training are at the exploratory stage, and its basic theoretical research is imperative.In this paper, S-E-T, an analysis of all movements, is to explore the technical features of various types of suspension movement, through the expert study visits, training.Action on the S-E-T has been carried out a detailed classification, revealing the the biomechanical principles. And EMG testing testing methods, training of the typical action suspended a pilot action research, proved the completion of various types of movements when the muscles and force involved in force, so as to enrich the theoretical basis of new training methods, so that S-E-T is more scientific, systematic and optimization(1) In the form of training ,the main basis of the S-E-T is divided into to the first level training, open-chain movement and closed chain exercise. Training the external environment as the main basis for the second -level is divided into: the open-chain movement whose fulcrum is fixed, the open-chain movement whose fulcrum is not fixed,, the closed-chain movement whose pivot is fixed and the fulcrum is not fixed. Based on the movement of the muscles of the movement characteristics, there is third-level classification, training action points will be suspended as a fulcrum fixed of static open-chain movement, the dynamics of the fixed pivot open chain movement, the fulcrum is unfixed of static open-chain movement, the fulcrum is unfixed of a dynamic open-chain movement, the fulcrum fixed of static closed chain exercise, the dynamics fixed pivot of closed chain exercise , the pivot unfixed of static closed chain movement, the fulcrum unfixed of a dynamic closed-chain.(2) Completion of the lateral shoulder, supportinng static single ankle suspension of action, focuses on development of non-flying side of the muscle strength. From the discharge point of view, the non-flying side paraspinal muscle discharges the largest amount, followed by the side of non-flying unit 2 triceps;(3) In the S-E-T training, flying forearm support side pairs of ankle movements developed by the muscle forces to determine the posture of the body ,left lying on the left side of muscle strength of major development, the development of the right side of the right side of lying muscles. Having done horizontal movement on the left, the contribution rate of the largest outside the oblique muscle is Zuofu, followed by the left gluteal muscle. Similarly, when having done right lateral movement, the greatest contribution that the right ventral external oblique, followed by the right gluteal muscle(4) In shoulder supporting for transferring lateral movement, the suspension parts of different muscles in different degrees of excitement, suspension rope is nearer the body center of gravity, the average EMG amplitude of the smaller, conversely, is greater than the average amplitude;(5) Completing a single ankle suspension action supine flying side of the main development muscle strength. From the point of view of muscle discharge, hanging side-discharge is the largest biceps femoris; followed by paraspinal muscle.(6) Completing a single ankle suspension movements in supine position, the average EMG amplitude changes with the height of suspended rope body fat changes.The higher the suspension rope, the smaller of the average amplitude .But there was no significant difference in the effects of training. The training of such movements, changing the height of suspension points, can not serve as the difficulty of change in the method. The non-flying side increases or decreases the difficulty by changing the nature of support surface.
