A Comparative Study On Sprint Training System Between Henan Province And Guangdong Province

The personnel training is a strategy which is for competitive sports'sustainable development. Any sports in order to maintain and constantly improve the level of movement must follow its own law of development and talent development laws, and make a solid system for talent cultivation. In recent years the sprint level has gradually pulled large compared Henan Province to Guangdong Province, Guangdong Province continuously made an excellent record in the domestic competitions while Henan Province is decline in sprint. In this paper will use the literature method,survey method,logic methods,mathematical methods and so on, comeparing the training system between Henan Province and Guangdong Province and analysing the cause why the disparity between two provinces in the sprint, learning Guangdong Province's scientific sprint development mode, exploring the law of development of sprint, absorbing the advanced experience. Through Comparion the sprint training system between Henan Province and Guangdong Province come to the following conclusions:1. The management System in Henan Province is more older than Guangdong Province's, and the structure is single, the operating mechanism is inflexible; There are few traditional events school and the project structure is not quite reasonable and interchange activity is inadequate; Lack of financial investment, financing channel is single.2. Survey shows that the vast majority of traditional items schools of Henan Province school are only in name, and in personnel selection, training conditions, the level of training and many other aspects of the conditions are not available. The sprint talent training system in Henan Province now is in the traditional form and is not completely out of the planned economy model, show that at this stage in the school track and field the cultivation of talent management system has not been established.3. The academic ranks of the sprint coaches in Henan Province are unreasonable, the survey shows that the educational structure of coaches,( 4% of master's degree, 42% of undergraduate or above, 28% of tertiary, 26% of secondary school or other), which has led to the old idea of training and management experience is old-fashioned.4. There are 312 sprint talent students in the sports system schools in the Henan school and Guangdong Province has 456. Henan has a disparity compared with Guangdong in the second- line and third-line strength.5. Compared the traditional sprint project between Henan Province and Guangdong Province, the fomer's school are widely distributed but not in balance, the latter is better in development and has obvious advantages in number. But obviously the quality of traditional items in Henan is not good, finished product rate is low.
