The organizational theorists say that organizational culture has a very strong influence in the decision of changing organization,mang people even believe that it is the vitally decisive point.Moreover, people gradually find out that it is possible and feasible to consciously plan and manage organizational culture. Then,teachers'culture,as the core of the organizational culture,has gently become the attentive focus,because of its comprehensive influence in the change of the school.But,although the research on teachers'culture of urban junior high school has become more and more;in rural junior high school,it is very rare.This thesis chooses some teachers of a rural junior high school as the case;investigates their actualities of behavior model,value,and assumption;analyses the problems and reasons of the rural teachers'culture;at last,some advice are put forward.The preface mainly introduces the reasons of choosing the subject,comprehensive statement of concerned research,research purport,research thread and method.The first section is made up of three parts.Explains the view of organizational behavior;briefly discusses the concept of teachers'culture,and discriminates teachers' culture from school's culture, teachers'culture from teachers'professional development,and teachers'culture from teachers'cultural function;introduces functions of teachers'culture in the view of organizational behavior.The second section is composed of four parts:separately introduces the brief conditions of the H Junior High School,actualities and problems of teachers'culture of rural junior high school through the aspects of behavior model, value,assumption,and then analyses the reasons leading to these problems.The third section is constituted by four parts,discusses the methods of bettering teachers'culture of rural junior high school.Build and crystallize scientifically developmental goal of school,modify organizational structure of school,reconstruct organizational culture of school,richly exert soul influence of principal. |
