| Methods of expert interviews, documentation and comparison were conducted to analyze and study on the popularization and development of Chinese Korean taekwondo according to the present research status of development of taekwondo at home and abroad based on the theory of humanity. Moreover, the paper elaborates on the reasons and effects of the introduction, popularization and development, approaches, characters and social background of Chinese Korean taekwondo.Taekwondo originated from ancient Korea Peninsula and produced by the need for survival of the Korean nationality ancestors. Taekwondo evolved from the instinctive self-defense activities to conscious attack, which developed rapidly and gradually improved. With the development of the Korean traditional wushu from far-east culture, taekwondo has developed quickly spread around the world, which covered a wide range of drilling. Especially by the modern times it has become one of the most popular sports activities and spread widely centering on Korea.Chinese Korean taekwondo stared and developed first in China, which has experienced only for more than 20 years, during which has gone through a great deal and has developed into a national-wide sport event of marketization and competition. Chinese Korean taekwondo is a traditional sports cultural heritage and development of Korean traditional sport and wushu. It is necessary to keep improving the system of cultural theory and make great effort to improve the level of techniques and strategies of Chinese Korean taekwondo. The study on the popularization and development of Chinese Korean is to study introduction, popularization and development, approaches, characters and social background of Chinese Korean taekwondo, which is a conclusion of historical development of Chinese Korean taekwondo, and which plays an important roles in the future development of Chinese Korean taekwondo, and which is the main part of the research on Chinese Korean taekwondo theory.
