| The thesis presents and analyzes the British Labour Party's education ideas between the two world wars, depicting its historical background, the specific content of the educational ideas and their evaluation of educational ideas. This thesis is divided into four parts:Chapter 1Introduction This part is mainly to explain the purpose and significance of the research, and meanwhile to make a brief academic review for the research objects concerned,then to point out the visual angle of the paper.Chapter 2This section is mainly to look back the British education before First World War,and explore the background of education advocates of the British Labour Party between the two wars.Introduceing the evolution of the United Kingdom before the First World War, the situation of education and its development trends in the United Kingdom before the First World War, and the British Labour Party founded timely, as the representative of the working class took to the British political scene.Chapter 3This part is mainly to describes specificly British Labour Party' education advocates during the two world wars, from the Labor Party before in power, during the ruling and after step down to outbreak of World Warâ…¡, the specific content of educational ideas, causes and effects. As can see from this part the Labour Party since its establishment after the parliamentary representatives to reflect the role of its working class, fighting for equal educational opportunities for the working class's efforts.
