Orienteering is a combination of physical and mental sport, different exercise intensity, the human cognitive abilities are inconsistent, orienteering, while in the physical challenges, brain map-good or bad decision to match the same success. A certain amount of exercise can cause physiological and biochemical changes in the body, research shows that regular exercise can promote brain excited and can enhance the brain's cognitive ability, and when excessive movement, body symptoms of fatigue, the brain will be faced with a lack of oxygen and other conditions to suppress the brain excitability, leading to a decline in cognitive ability.
