The International Experience And The Enlightenment Of The Reform About The Structure Of Higher Education

Higher education is a form about proportional relationship and the interaction in the higher education system. Accompanied by the global internationalization and the information technology era and the development of China's market economy, the higher education in our country has undergone profound and dramatic changes. The changes must demand the function and structure of higher education system more and more, and the higher education need to meet new requirements of the development. Making the corresponding changes to adjust the social need is a theoretical and practical significance research project. Based on this, we choose the typical international experience of the structural reform as the selection of subject to explore the direction of higher education structural reform for our country and make some useful suggestions.It bases on the theory of the structure of higher education, and analyzes the structure of higher education of our country and some in developed countries, when the demand of the society on the higher education changes, the new structure of higher education must make the appropriate reforms. It adopts the method of document analysis and comparison analysis. It sums up and analyzes the experience of some other countries reform about the structure of higher education, such as the reform about the Level Structure of higher education in European Bologna Process; the reform about the Open University, the Virtual University and so on in United Kingdom, the United States and Japan; the reform about the regional distribution of higher education structure in the United States, the reform of the higher education discipline structure in Japan and the United States; finally, we use the experience of other countries for reference to put forward proposals and approaches about our country's structure of higher education-working on to,the four objectives of the reform effort: accurately positioning to protect the harmonious development between the various levels; complementing each other's advantages to realize the overall co-ordination between countries and regions; macro-controlling to promote the various categories of appropriate development; standardizing legislation to improve the quality of the various school forms.
