| The early education of first-three years old infant is not only the basis of pre-school education, but also the beginning of lifelong education system. In China, The early education of first-three years old infant has been incorporated into the pre-school education system. But in current, the full-time pre-school institutions can only accept a fraction of young children. The needs of social reality spawned a large number of part-time early education institutions. The early learning organizations provide a concrete and operable place in where parents can study how to guide and educate their babies. The important prerequisite of improve rearing capacity of parents is to Strengthen teachers training and guidance for parents. Therefore, it was put on the important position that improving teachers'Instructing competency to parents in Early Learning institutions, and this is why the research of this dissertation on it.This study investigate the teachers'instructing competency to parents in main parts of Jinan using the method of Literature method,questionnaire and interview method. Based on the analysis of relevant literature of home and abroad, this paper design questionnaire from the ability of guiding philosophy,the ability of grasping guided contents,the ability of choosing guided mode,the ability of reflecting guided affection. The questionnaire survey were studied by 162 teachers and the interview target by 4 teachers of early education institutions in the main parts of Jinan. Finally, it gets a Status about teachers'instructing competency to parents in Early Learning institutions.According to present situation, the author gives following suggests:First, advice to government departments:1.Build the interactive mode of operation about family,early education institutions,public kindergarten and community multi-dimensional; 2.Put the Early Learning teacher training and developing institutions into the formal development track; 3. Give the agency and policy support to regulate and management privately early education. Second, advice to Early Learning institutions:1.Strengthen the "teacher" forces of guild the educated parents; 2.Increase in-service teacher training institutions; 3. Establish a standardized evaluation system about teachers' instructing competency in early learning institutions. Third, advice to teachers:1. Handle a leading role in guiding the teachers and parents of the main role of the relationship correctly; 2. Make full use of network resources, broaden the channels and means about guiding parents; 3.Improve teacher's reflect ability of guild process.4. Improve teachers'instructing competency to parents in the scientific research. |
