In some of class management, the students'autonomy has not been revealed. However, under period development of knowledge-based economy, junior middle school students'awareness of participating in class management is becoming stronger. Junior middle students being in self-management is consistent with their psychological characteristics, also in line with the objective requirements of social development for human talents, moreover, it is consistent with the trend of modern student management which includes humanization, democratization, and legalization. The importance and necessity of class self-management has been recognized, but the systematic research of class self-management is lack, and the study of practice of class self-management is relatively weak. Many studies only focus on the lower levels such as the students taking turns to make cadres, health, and discipline and so on. How to raise the junior middle students'awareness and level of self-management to a higher level is the focus of this article.The method used in this paper is the combination of theory and practice. Firstly the paper defines the concept of class self-management, summaries its features, sums up its stage. Secondly the paper has launched an investigation and interview to the will and current situation of the junior middle school students'self-management, then analyses and deals with relevant data. The surveys and interviews suggest that in the current middle school students have a strong desire to self management, but the degree of student self-management is not satisfied.This is related to many factors including external factors and internal factors.This paper systematically explores the theory of self-management of the junior high school, in order to promote the development of the theory by using of interdisciplinary research. The paper makes some my own thought of the strengthening of classes self-management:First, educators should foster the concept of self-management classes, class teachers enhance guidance for students'individual self-management, change evaluation model of the working classes and educational administrative departments should strengthen the work of the class teacher training, the class teacher intensify the quality of self-cultivation.
