The issue of the validity of effective teaching is an issue that in which sense effective teaching can be good teaching. The research on the validity of effective teaching is a reflection on the value of effective teaching. Effective teaching studies should contain instrumental study and valuable study. Instrumental study is about the way how to achieve the purpose of effective teaching. Valuable study can reflect that the effective teaching is successful or not and on which meaning the effective teaching is true. And this thesis is the effective teaching valuable study.The whole thesis can be divided into four parts:Part one, preface. This part briefly describes the origin of this research, literature review, the significances and methods of this research.Part two, the content and criterion of effective teaching validity. Interprets the concepts of teaching, effective teaching, effective teaching validity and the criteria of effective teaching validity. I think that effective teaching validity is the attribute of teachers'teaching behavior and practice in pursuit of effective teaching which are consistent with the requirements of teaching ethic. Criteria of the effective teaching validity are whether teachers'teaching respects students, upholds the teaching fair and determine the comprehensive development of students as the purpose or not.Part three, the current status of effective teaching practice and the reflection on effective teaching in teaching practice. This study understands the current status of effective teaching by investigating education administrative departments, school leaders, teachers, and observing some typical classroom teaching. I find that effective teaching concept in the course of implementation is seriously distorted. In my opinion, this mainly due to poor implementation of the education administrative departments, the misinterpretation and misunderstanding of school leaders and teachers on effective teaching concept, and utilitarian attitude of teachers which lead to the loss of teaching ethics.Part four, the proposals of insisting on the validity of effective teaching. The focus of this study is that how to change the status of effective teaching practice and insist on the principle of the validity of effective teaching in the process of implementation. To uphold the legitimacy of effective teaching, I try to give suggestions, such as, correct the distorted concept of effective teaching; study the value of effective teaching intensively; improve the quality of teachers; wake up motivation of students and to reflect effective teaching ethics.
