With the further reform of basic education, more and more people found that the teachers played the key role in the reform. For example, the crux of the educational reform lies on the curriculum and teaching reform, however, the crux of curriculum and teaching reform lies on the class reform and the crux of class reform lies on the teachers. The teachers'firm educational belief, excellent teaching quality, reasonable teaching method and the self-adjustment to the reform shall have a great influence on the future development of education and the direct impact on the future life of the student, therefore, people pay more attention on the research of teachers. Teacher's power in the class is the key factors to limit the efficient behavior of the teachers in the class and no doubt that this is the crux of the research. The efficient exertion of teacher's power shall ensure the teaching efficiency in the class and the key part that the teachers play in the basic education reform, it will also stimulate the professions of the teachers.The article can be divided into 5 parts:Part 1, Foreword. The introduction of the reasons to chose the topic of this thesis, literature review, research significance, research thought and method.Part 2, The analysis of teachers'power in the class. Expatiation of the meaning of power and teacher's power and its characteristics is the main idea of this part. I think that the teacher's power is that the teachers with their special professional advantage in resources dominate and control the main factors in education to ensure the teaching activity can be held successfully. The teacher's power in the class mainly about its exertion in specific class teaching activity. It has some characteristics such as latent, creative, dissymmetrical, adjustive and efficient. Part 3, the manifestation and exertion of teachers'power in classroom teaching. As the differences of effective objects of the teacher's power, I try to divide it into three parts:teaching power, management power and evaluation power. Though the classroom observe record I to reveal the operation of teachers'power and make brief review.Part 4, the reflection on the teachers'power which including the operation and restriction of teacher's power in classroom teaching. The unwarrantable use, the absence and deficient operation of teachers'power will be discussed. The factors that restrict the teacher's power:including social regime and law, social culture and traditions, schools, teachers'self-qualities and students.Part 5, plans to optimize the operation of teacher's power in classroom teaching. I try to give suggestions, such as, the rebuild of teachers'professional image, find legal space for the operation of the power; the creation of excellent teachers union and humanistic environment for the operation of teachers power; to get familiar with all kinds of system arrangement, to bring teachers'power into play when in practice; to improve self professional quality and operate the power in the right way.
