Standard of English Curriculum definitely points out that the new standard of elementary education of China in its basic teaching ideology"advocates a task-oriented teaching model and makes students fulfill the task and experience success under teachers'guidance through perception, experience, practice, participation, cooperation and other ways, so that we can regulate students'emotion and tactics in their learning process to foster an active learning attitude and improve their communicative competence."With the definitude of National Standard of English Curriculum on cultivating students'actual linguistic competence, according to the requirements of executive plan for oral English communication test for Wenzhou junior middle school graduates, how to change the methods and models of classroom teaching and cultivate students'oral English expression ability and communication ability has become an urgent issue to be resolved.Therefore, in accordance with students'language environment, their psychology, their repeatability on oral English, teaching ideology and teaching model, school facilities etc., I have consulted relevant language education theories and a large amount of literature to carry out further exploration and research to illustrate the situation of spoken English teaching in junior middle schools, and I have suggested how to cultivate students'oral English abilities and communication ability in details. My teaching suggestions may be used as references to the present oral English teaching in junior middle schools.
