Studies On Anhui College Graduates' Employment Status, Trends And Countermeasures

Employment is the basis of people's lives. Do a good job in the employment of college graduates is of great practical significance for maintaining social stability and building a harmonious society. Combining with the author's professional practice and observation, this study chooses the employment of Anhui college graduates as its empirical research object, and the review on the history of China's college graduates employment system as its logical starting point. Basis on in-depth analysis of the current situation of Anhui college graduates'employment, this sutdy analyses and forecasts trends of the employment of college graduates, as well as focuses on puting forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting college graduates's employment.
