Study On High And New Technology Integrating And Optimizing The Traditional Discipline And Specialty

The discipline and specialty construction concerning synthetically, overall and long-term is the foundation for the higher schools. It is the core of the development for Higher Educational Institutions. In the era of knowledge economy, in order to meet university's own sustainable development demand, state economy development way transformation and the science and technology education servicing socialism new rural reconstruction's time mission, the current university must strengthen the traditional discipline and specialty construction positively. Using high and new technology to integrate and optimize the traditional discipline and specialty will be the university strategic choice in the 21st century. Deep research this question is not only helpful to enrich correlation theories on this field, but also has the important significance to our country's higher education reform.This paper follows the internal and external relation rules of the higher education discipline and specialty, taking interact and the interactive mechamsm theory, the system theory and so on as the theory basis. The paper employs research methods such as documentary method, case study method. It embodies a combination of theory with practice.Based on affirming the achievement obtained, this paper analyzes some issues to be considered and must be solved, and emphasizes the concept of the discipline and specialty construction, the evolvement rule of the discipline and specialty construction and the method to use the high and new technology to optimize the discipline and specialty.The research in this dissertation mainly includes four parts. Part one is the theory study, which analyzes the connotation and principle of the discipline and specialty; Part two is the analysis of the actual situations in our country; Part three is the case study. Tries hard to obtain the high and new technology optimize traditional discipline and specialty enlightenment through the case; Part four is the Countermeasure study. It proposes the countermeasure and the suggestion.This article believed that if we want to solve the problems which truly in the traditional discipline and specialty, on the one hand the government should expand the autonomy of Higher Education; work hard to promote high-tech combination of higher education; increased funding for scientific research in colleges and universities, help them improve the scientific management system. On the other hand, within colleges and universities first we should develop the strategic plans and policies of using modern high and new technologies, such as information science and technology, life sciences to integrate and upgrade the traditional discipline and specialty. We must enhance our awareness and from school long-term planning cultivating and selecting the outstanding science and technology education talented person, taking talented person as safeguard to promote modern high new technology development. We should increase capital investment and optimize the allocation of resources in order to give the material safeguard for the high new technology conformity promoting tradition discipline and specialty. We have to take key laboratory as platform and promote joint multi-disciplinary research. Strengthen the university and the enterprise and the scientific research unit's relation. Support international communication and cooperation. It is important to strengthen the academic team construction and form the school discipline characteristic. It is crisis to take effective measures to cultivate a rational knowledge and hierarchical structure and steady discipline echelon with higher academic level to make progress in discipline and specialty construction. Pay great attention the educational reform, integrating the modern high new technology front knowledge into the teaching material and classroom. We should take a series of measures to make the university discipline and specialty construction a higher level promotion. It is significant for the comprehensive enhancement of university's core competitiveness.
