Education for all-round development is currently China educational reform and development direction, which aims to develop students creative spirit and practical ability to meet the economic and social development scientifically. It is of great significance to research ordinary high school education for all-around development in the view of scientific concept of development,to reveal the relationship between the scientific development concept and ordinary high school education for all-around development and explore the channel of deepening the development of new ordinary high school education for all-around development under the new concept, for a profound grasp of the scientific development concept and content of quality education, promoting scientific concept of development in the implementation of ordinary high school education, and promote overall development of students.This article ordinary high school education for all-around development in the view of scientific concept of development, focusing on the current situation of ordinary high school on the background of scientific development concept guiding overall economic and social development. This study based on the scientific concept of development and education for all-round development theory aims to explore the basic issues of education for all-aroud development in high school. Using of interdisciplinary education and psychology theory,it discusses, in more detail, ordinary high school education for all-around development'meaning, present situation, realization and so on, under the guidance of scientific concept of development of quality education high school study, started high school discussed the meaning of education for all-around,the present situation, the realization and so on. The article is divided into four parts:The first part:the meaning of the scientific development concept and content of ordinary high school education for all-around development. This part mainly researches the basic category of scientific concept of development and the ordinary high school education for all-around development from the scientific theory stratification plane.and then,proposes elementary sentence of the ordinary high school education for all-around development, establishes the full text the rationale;Meanwhile carries on the foundational elaboration from the ordinary high school education for all-around development'meaning, goal and characteristic.The second part:the new requirements of scientific concept of development for ordinary high school education for all-around development.This part mainly discusses the new requirements and answers the question how the scientific concept of development to guaid ordinary high school education for all-around development from two aspects,stressing "humanist"to highlight teacher's and student's main body status and the all-round consideration from the strengthening, comprehensive, coordinated, advancing Sustainablly ordinary high school education for all-around development.The third part:present situation analysis of ordinary high school education for all-around development. From three dimensions, the implementation result, the deepened existence question and the reason,this part deeply approachs the experience and barriers of ordinary high school education for all-around development,as result provide a theoretical and logical transition for the later thorough analysis how the scientific cocept of development guaid ordinary high school education for all-around development.The fourth part:the strategy of ordinary high school education for all-around development in the view of scientific concept of development.
