| Compared with common colleges and universities, with a new kind of mode to run a school, independent insitutes now with commonly young teachers without enough teaching experience and students generally with relatively lower quality not good at study have some problems in the relation between teachers and students.The relation between teachers and students is always the important research subject in the educational field, but the history of independent insitutes is still short, so the recognition of uniqueness of independent insitutes is in great shortage,while the research history of independent insitutes, particularly of its relation between teachers and students is still not long with relatively less research achievement and unsound system. Taking some teachers and students of several main independent insitutes in chongqing as the survey object, according to the technological routine of detecting problems, analyzing causes, proposing remedies,exerting the related theories of the relation between teachers and students, the research probes into the present issues of the relation between teachers and students of independent insitutes, and focuses on the features of favorable relation between teachers and students, and construction principles, strategyies and methods of favorable relation between teachers and students by means of literature analysis, questionnaire, profound interview and case analysis, aiming at providing theoretical and practical reference for its better construction.The paper consists of the following five parts:Introduction.It mainly expounds the research genesis, combs throuth the research of the relation between teachers and students at home and abroad and the reaearch history and present of the relation between teachers and students of independent insitutes at home, puts forward the involved theories and practical value, ideas and methods of the research.Part one, It narrates the relation between teachers and students of independent insitutes, including to explain its conception, connotation and uniqueness.Part two, status quo analysis and problem discovery of the relation between teachers and students of independent insitutes.
