Integrated curriculum is the newly developed areas in the curriculum reform. It hasn't been developed specific curriculum standards and fixed text material by the Country. The process of the implementation is more flexible. This provides a great chance for administrators, teachers and students to use curriculum resources. There are unique cultural resources in Southwest Nationality Region. The implementation of its Integrated curriculum has its specificity, it should be adapt to the needs of national culture and concerned about the use of the cultural resources. If the Integrated curriculum can be implemented effectively in the ethnic minority areas,it will become an important way to spread the cultural heritage.This is because:The Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program stipulates that,in the Comprehensive Practical classes, students are emphasized to use practice to enhance the sense of exploration and innovation, to develop the ability of using of knowledge integrativly.It can also improve the connection between the school and the society. And it can train the students'social responsibility,and make student understand the necessary common technique and professional division of labor,and make them to form an initial technical capacity. In the new system of basic education curriculum, Integrated Curriculum has high level of practical activities. It is more flexible than other courses when making use of curriculum resources. These features provide more conditions for the rational use of national regional characteristics and cultural resources.Case study is used in this research. Firstly, by means of looking up the documents and analyzing the fieldwork data,the text has sorted out the overall status of this region about Integrated curriculum,and mainly analyzed the condition of the national secondary school about the implementation of this course. Secondly,the text makes a comprehensive summary of the problems which are appeared in the practice of national secondary school course. And it makes an explaination and analysis. It sums up the specificity and direction of the Southwest Nationalities where the Integrated curriculum practice. And think further, in order to promote the development of the regional schools, the teachers and the students, how to blend the national cultural resources into the integrated curriculum practice.Finally, on the basis of analyzing the factors which are existed in the national secondary school course practice,and making a vision for the tactics,the text tries to make a conclusion of the disciplines of it. The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the preface of this text. It mainly discusses the issues raised in this study,the related research at home and abroad, the premised theory of this study.The second part described the status of implementation of Qianjiang region and why it is praticed inefficiently. The Study suggest that it includes such aspects:be lack of overall planning,the process is a mere formality,the implementation of the school has low activity,Teacher's boring of it, security risks and so on. There are low-efficiency problems on them.The third part analyzes the reasons why the Integrated Curriculum is practiced inefficiently in the ethnic minority areas. And to analyze the factors which impact the effective implementation of this course.It is mainly described from the cultural background of the ethnic regions,the subject of the implementation,the curriculum resources and so on.The fourth section explores the tactics on the effective implementation of national strategy for the Integrated Curriculum,and focusing on the using of the cultural resource of ethnic minority areas.The part puts forward a corresponding strategy on these aspects:strengthening the management idea, the establishment of encouragement system, the rational use of the local resources, to cultivate cross-cultural teachers, to strengthen students realizing the national culture etc.
