Bai Juyi once said:" the word and emotion soften hearts firstly......." from which we can see that the right words can express the beautiful sentiments and expectations, can generate a good mood interaction effect. As for classroom teaching, the communication between teachers and students relies on their words, expressions and gestures. In essence, the process of asking and answer is not a process that a teacher repeat the students'answers simply judging whether the answer is right or wrong, but a process that a teacher help students acquire knowledge, improve quality, cultivate emotions.based on the previous studies, I use relevant theories of psychology and pedagogy, using all kinds of methods to read the current situation of teachers' evaluating behavior in classroom management, and further to explore how the teachers' evaluating behavior affects students'academic emotions.Through the field survey in six secondary schools in Chongqing I can find the current situations:(1) teachers'evaluating behavior is mainly "encourage type" and "sweeping generalization type" the students with better marks, seat in front of the class and from urban areas are more susceptible to the teacher's favor and encouragement, while the counterparts are given negative responses unconsciously. (2) Junior middle school students'academic emotions have two extremes one is "happy-self-confident type", the other is "anxiety-self abased type", among which the former mainly are the students with better marks, seat in front of the class and from urban areas, while the later are the counterpart students; (3) the teachers'evaluating behavior and the students'academic emotions are proportional. If teachers'evaluating behavior and feedback are with positive emotions, the students'academic emotions are inclined to be positive.According to the current situation of the investigation, this study starts from students'study background, environment and objective, putting forward three teaching suggestions for teachers. Firstly, by encouraging and inspiring the students to create the best study background; secondly, teachers should combine the strictness mercy together to create a good communication environment between them; thirdly, through communication to reach the emotional goal of teachers and students understanding each other well. In a word, teaching activity is a process that the knowledge and emotions can depend on each other and then coexist. teachers' evaluating behavior not only develops students'knowledge, promotes their competence, but also cultivates their nice emotions, that is to say, the students'knowledge, skills and emotional attitudes can be developed harmoniously.
