Language is composed of pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary, and as the core of language abilities in communication, vocabulary is considered as the most important element. Therefore, vocabulary teaching is also very significant as the main means to manage English vocabulary, we can not neglect the importance of vocabulary.During the junior school period, it's very important and difficult to learn English vocabulary. The number of vocabulary is supposed to affect students'language skills development, if we do not store abundant vocabulary, we can not use the language practically. New curriculum crtierion requires to enlarge more vocubulary, and the number of vocabulary has become the obstacle for junior students during English learning. For the junior students, vocabulary learning is a hard task which wasts too much time and ineffective. Unsuperior learning results leads to the lack of confident and interest to the vocabulary learning for the junior students, furthermore, this bad psychology has hampered the students to master and remember vocabularies, and the whole vocabulary learning has fallen into bad circulation.First, is the introduction of the article, it elaborates the time and reality backgrounds of the topic. Through the document summary about vocabulary teaching study and English learning difficulties study, I summarize the theroies and results of different linguists and researchers. Furthermore, the study purpose and value of the article, study thinking and methods.The first part of the article, describe in details about the design for the study methods, including question design, investigation subjects, interview outline, interview subjects, observation cotent, observation subjects, presents the questionnaire results of the actual state of English vocabulary learning and the combination of vocabulary learning and culture learning for junior students; presents the interview result of the actual state of vocabulary teaching fo ish teachers; presents the observation results of inner and outer class for the junior teachers and students. At last, it summarizes the actual state of vocabulary learning difficulties for junior students.The second part, according to the results of questionnaire, interview and observation of the first part, under the culture perspective, to analyse the actual state of the English vocabulary learning for junior students,and vocabulary teaching for junior English teachers.The third part, according to the analysis of the second part, from the culture perspective, promoting English vocabulary learning and putting forward some effective strategies for the junior students.The last part, English vocabulary learning is very important for junior students, but the vocabulary learning methods of the students and the vocabulary teaching of the teachers exist some problems and difficulties, they mostly focus on the basic use of the vocabulary, pay much less attention to the culture meaning of the vocabulary and the combination of vocabulary learning and culture learning. Therefore, English teachers should conduct further exploration, develop the vocabulary teaching, and promote the English teaching quality for the junior students.
